Your Task: Imagine that you are your tennis shoe…or the tennis shoe of someone else that you choose. Create a narrative that has you moving on three different surfaces: Wet, dry, and greasy. Make it clear, in your narrative, why you and your owner are moving the different ways that you are (all related to friction and the kind of surface(s) you've chosen).
Steps you will be following: In order to create the narrative and, in doing so, illustrate friction on three different surfaces, you will do all of the following:
1) Click on the article that explains friction and motion. Read it closely and take dash notes. As you read, think of how this information might fit into your narrative
2) Next, watch the video and again, take dash notes.
3) Next, plan your narrative. You must choose the person whose sneakers you belong to, consider a setting in which your narrative/story will take place, and decide on three different surfaces and how you and your person will fit into/respond to them.
